Museum of Life + Science

Today, Mommy, Dad and I went to the Museum of Life + Science, in Durham.

We had a great time, and joined the Museum so now we can go whenever we want. Plus we can go to other Museums around the country for free (including ones in Cincinnati, Roanoke, Chicago, Dayton, Lexington, and Philadelphia) !

They had neat blocks, called Kapla, to play with.

I loved to roll balls down the tracks and over the jump.

I loved the bright red caboose.

Farm Yard!

It had some pretty sheep.

A pot-bellied pig, and his friend a turkey!

I loved exploring the place.

Sailboat Pond!

There was a man-made pond with remote control sailboats!

Mommy told me that Grampa and Uncle Andy had built boats like these a few years ago.

I remembered seeing them on display in Virginia.

Dad and I operated one of the boats for a while.

Here it is sailing across the pond!

The only animal I could feed was me!

It was a beautiful day at a fun new place for all of us.
